At Bote A Mano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, our return process is designed to be simple and transparent. Please review the guidelines below for information about returns based on your location.

How to Return Your Item

For EU and UK Customers

We offer a prepaid return label for returns within the EU and UK. Please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at support@bote-a-mano.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Label: We will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that a €10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Repackage: Repackage your item in its original condition, including all original packaging.
  4. Return: Attach the prepaid label and send the item back to us using the provided return shipping label.

For International Customers (Outside the EU and UK)

We do not cover the cost of return shipping for international orders. Here’s how to return your item:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at support@bote-a-mano.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Instructions: We will provide instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Repackage: Please ensure that the item is returned in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
  4. Return Shipping: You may return the item via your chosen shipping method at your own expense.

Return Policy Guidelines

  • 30-Day Return Window: You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
  • Footwear: If returning shoes, please ensure they are tried on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles. Shoes showing any signs of wear will not be accepted for a refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.
  • For EU and UK customers, the €10 return fee will be deducted from your refund for the prepaid return label.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any duties or taxes paid on your order are also non-refundable.

Exceptions for Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the full return shipping cost for both EU/UK and international customers. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange the return at no cost to you.
